About Me
When I found craniosacral therapy – or it found me – I knew that I had discovered a unique and very special practice. A practice so gentle yet profoundly transformative.
For many years, I worked as an accountant in industry but over time my priorities changed. I made the decision to leave the corporate world behind and focus on becoming a therapist. I wanted to learn all about CST and make everyone aware of this profoundly, powerful treatment. I studied at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London and I haven’t looked back. CST also compliments my interests in food nutrition, breathwork, meditation, EFT, yoga, and qigong.
My work is incredibly rewarding and I love that I can work with people of all ages. I often work with clients who feel overwhelmed by the challenges of life and it is a privilege to witness their transformation and their return to wellness. I find it fascinating how stress and our emotional make-up impacts our bodies as dis-ease. CST addresses this mind-body link. It addresses the whole person, delving deep into the core of health issues and restoring physical, mental and emotional well-being.
I tailor each session to your specific needs, ensuring a unique and personalised treatment every time.
I’m privileged and honoured to be able to offer this remarkable therapy to clients and to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on peoples’ lives.
I am a CSTA registered practitioner; the leading accrediting body for craniosacral therapy in the UK.
